The waitlist allows your customers to add their names to a list when a particular scheduled activity is full. To enable a waitlist,
- Go to Schedules and add or edit an activity
- To the right of Total Capacity, drag the slider to the right to Enable Waitlist
- Click Save & Continue
Once this scheduled activity is full, customers can join the waitlist
View & Edit Waitlist
- Go to Upcoming
- Click on the class
- Select the Waitlist tab
- Select the More Options Menu [...] next to the student's name
- Select if you want to email the student or remove the student from the waitlist
You have complete control of the waitlist as nothing happens automatically. You can decide to contact your customers all at once with a link to sign up for a hidden activity or you can contact customers individually until you find a fit and sign them up on your end using the +New Order button.
NOTE: Customers are listed from top to bottom in the order in which they joined the waitlist.
