In order to add an Activity to a Semester, you must have already created both an Activity and a Semester!
- Open your Dashboard
- Click on the Schedules tab
- Go to your newly created semester schedule, and click “Add Activity to Semester Name”
- Select a previously created Activity, choose a location, day of the week, start time, and a number of spots for the Activity’s capacity.
- You can also add additional options like early drop off, extended day, and afterschool pickup
- Enter in pricing information, discount options, materials fees, discount options, and more.
- Enter your full semester price and drop-in price if your offer them. Your price per class will automatically populate a pro-rated amount.
