Using Sawyer Tools to generate a report for your customer’s activity is customizable and powerful. You can create reports based around Orders, Children, Locations, Activities, Schedules, Bookings, Instructors, and more. For example, if you would like to generate a report that shows a list of children that have been to your activities at a specific location, follow the steps below:
- Open your Sawyer Tools portal
- Navigate to Reports > New Report
- Select Children from the dropdown
- Click the +and button and select Who’ve attended these locations
- Select the location(s) you’d like to generate a report for
- Click Get My Report
- You can view your report right in there in Sawyer Tools, or download it as a spreadsheet (.csv)
- You will now see your report listed under Reports > Find a Report. If you run this report often, you may want to star it so you can find it easily in this section or under My Favorites. Your report is updated each time you view it on Sawyer Tools so the most current data is always included.
