You have two options on how to add such documents to Sawyer Tools.
1. If your waiver/terms and conditions live online (for example somewhere on your website), you can simply add the URL in your Business Setup section on the top right corner in Sawyer Tools. Just add the URL in 'Link to Checkout Terms' and it will link to this URL during the customer check out process.
2. You can also add waivers/terms and conditions language in the form section as a question. Please note that we can make the form questions mandatory before check out - this is a feature flag so feel free to reach out to email@example.com to get this enabled.
