You can always add a customized message to the order confirmation emails your customers receive. You have to two options as to who will receive the customized messages.
If you want every single customer who purchases from you to see this message:
- Go to your Account section in the upper right hand corner of Tools
- Select Business Setup
- In the Notes for Order Confirmation Email field, enter your customized message. This message will appear on ALL confirmation emails to your customers.
If you want specific customers to receive messages based on the activities that they've purchased:
- Go to Listings > Activities
- Select the activity you would like to add a customized message
- Click 2 Optional (this is a shortcut in case nothing is changing on Step 1!)
- In the Notes for Order Confirmation Email field, enter you custom message. Only customers who register for this activity will see these notes in their order confirmation emails.
