If you are adding a holiday or closed date after registrations have been taken, you must first remove the students from the roster for the proposed holiday or closed date. Learn how to remove a student from the roster
- Log in to your portal
- Go to Schedules > Semesters (or Camps/Events, depending on where you built your schedule)
- Click on Edit in the grey box where you built your timeframe
- Click on Holidays/Closings
- Select the dates you are closed and click Save
Please note: The price of the semester or camp does not change if you add a holiday or closed date after the activity is live. You may need to adjust your pricing accordingly.
