Manage your custom registration questions in the Form Fields section of Sawyer Tools under the Listings tab. From there, you can preview the form fields you've created, rearrange the order in which they're displayed to customers, and edit or remove particular questions you've created.
Previewing the Checkout Form
- Once you have at least one custom question created in the Form Fields section, you will see a red outlined Preview Checkout Form button at the top of the page
- Click this button to view the checkout form for any activity
- You will see the custom question(s) you created under Other Information
Reordering the Questions
- Once you have at least two custom question created in the Form Fields section, you'll be able to rearrange them into any order
- Click, hold, and drag the six dots to the left of the question to move it above or below the other field(s)
- Your form fields will appear in this order under Other Information in the checkout form
Editing and Archiving Form Fields
- To edit or remove a form field, click the three dots to the right of the question
- Editing a form field will not impact answers provided by customers who already completed it
- Clicking Archive removes the question from the checkout form but does not permanently delete it. You can view archived questions under the Archived tab in the Form Fields section. To unarchive a form field, click the three dots to the right of the question
