Client Profiles have the following sections:
View and edit basic client details such as name, address, phone, and children associated with the client. Only clients themselves are able to update their account emails. You can also leave internal notes about the client. Additionally, you can view and edit the answers to any form field questions whether they are internal or asked at checkout.
You can add, edit, or change a client's default payment method in their profile. Learn more here.
Orders purchased by or on behalf of the client are listed in this section
Any class that the client has attended will be listed in this section. This includes his or her children's classes as well. If you are viewing a child's profile, the classes specific to that child will be listed.
If the client has a membership, or has had one in the past, you can find and edit information about the perk usage and payment dates
If the client has purchased or inquired about a party, those party orders will be displayed here
You can also access the Quick Charge feature and charge the client for a one-off charge, a pack or a membership. Learn more about Quick Charge.
