Stripe, our payment processor, will sometimes require additional information in order to verify your bank account.
If you received an email requesting additional documents to verify your account, please follow the steps below:
- Click on the name of your business at the top right of your Sawyer Tools provider portal
- Select Business Account
- Navigate to Banking
- Under the Business Representative section, select Edit
- Under Front ID, click + Upload Photo and upload the front of the business representative's government-issued ID in a .png or .jpg format. Acceptable forms of government-issued IDs include a driver's license, an identity card, and a U.S. passport.
- Under Back ID, click + Upload Photo and upload the back of the business representative's government-issued ID in a .png or .jpg format
- Click Save
Please allow 3 - 5 business days for Stripe to verify the new information
