If you would like to send a customer or group of customers a link to a specific activity on your site, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to Schedules > Semesters (or Camps/Events)
- Find the scheduled activity for which you would like to retrieve the link
- Click on the activity name
- Click Get Customer Link.
A new tab will open with the specific activity selected.
- Copy the URL from the address bar in your browser
- Paste the link into an email or text with the customer(s)
The Activity Link functionality is great if:
- You would like to send a customer or group of customers a link to a specific activity
- You want to send the link to preferred customers before the class is open to everyone on your site. This works well in conjunction with using the Hide feature.
