- Click on the class from your Upcoming calendar
- Click the three dots to the right of the student’s name in the roster
- Select Transfer or one of the Remove from choices (e.g. Remove from Today or Remove from Entire Semester)
- If you select Transfer, you will be prompted to select the new date and then select the new class you’d like to transfer them to
Note: Transfers (and any other changes to bookings) are not reflected on orders, printable receipts, or payment-plan installment confirmation emails. If a customer will need a receipt that shows items that match any updated bookings, you would need to cancel the original order and place a new one on the client's behalf.
