If a parent has purchased an add-on for a camp and requests to transfer their student to a different date range, those add-ons will not transfer.
Add Add-Ons to a Camp Transfer
Once you transfer a student to a different week of camp, you can add optional add-ons without charging a client. To do this:
- Complete the camp transfer process
- Open Transfer Notes to see what did not get transferred
- Select the Add-Ons you would like to add to the current date range
- Click Add Add-Ons to the Current Date
Important Note: Transfers (and any other changes to bookings) are not reflected on orders, printable receipts, or payment-plan installment confirmation emails. If a customer will need a receipt that shows items that match any updated bookings, you would need to cancel the original order and place a new one on the client's behalf.
