Providers can add announcement banners to their Sawyer widgets. These are perfect for announcing special updates, sales, and more. This banner will be displayed on every page of the widget.
How to add an announcement banner to your widget
- Navigate to My Account Menu
- Click into Business Account
- Select Display Company Announcement by clicking into the circle to the left of the feature
- Write your Announcement — but remember to keep it under 200 characters!
- Add an Announcement Link URL to make the whole banner clickable.
- Links will open in a new window.
- Check out your banner in the preview beneath these fields and add any formatting (such as bolded text) with simple keyboard shortcuts
- Give your banner a Start Date and End Date. The banner will appear in your widget beginning at 12:00 AM EST on the Start Date and end at 11:59 PM EST on the End Date.
- If you do not set dates, your banner will publish automatically and indefinitely.
