It requires a lot of back and forth coordination between a business owner and parent.

Collecting all relevant information without the back and forth (all before getting on the phone) including child/age, date, time, location, head count, and special requests
Scheduled parties will show up on your “Upcoming” page, distinguished from other activities
The ability to create Global add ons – set up a list of additional options that can be applied to any package, but not necessarily included in the package
Ability to offer multiple party packages that exist all in one place
When a request comes in, it will appear in your calendar along side your other activities, so you can decide if you can accept it or not
Party-specific customizations that aren’t included in global add ons (from special requests)
Ability to request a deposit
Update and charge the balance before and after the party, flexibility around how you charge a parent
All your history of payment requests is kept in one place so there is total ease in tracking payment
Option to set up an automated email 60 days prior to child's birthday
